what is Vinyasa Yoga?

Vinyasa Yoga is a systematic approach to conscious, yogic breathing transitioning between poses with mindfulness and fluidity. Vinyasa Yoga is often referred to as "flow" yoga because of the transitions between poses but is also translated as "to place in a special way." In this practice, participants experience not only physical strength but mental flexibility and fluidity.

Combining movement, breath, and awareness, our classes are rooted on the basis of mindfulness.

By staying in the present moment throughout a yoga practice, it becomes more accessible to reach a place of inner peace.
